Done.

Sigh.

'Course, there are still pieces to be sewn together and a neckband to make. But, the cabling is done. All the fabric is there.

Now it's making me a little nervous.

In other news--is there any other news besides sweater news?--it was a great weekend. Read this, for example: http://www.naas.blogspot.com/ And there was also a lovely dinner and movie and dinner and sunshine and other stuff.

Which I will return to as soon as I break my hyperfocus on yarn.

Happy Leap Day, by the way.

I find I like a little clutter in my office. I know where everything is here, and I don't feel like I am embarrassing my co-workers with a huge mess. Everyone is out of the office, it's the beginning of the month, I'm caught up on paperwork and projects, and so now would be a perfect time to knock out those three little-little piles of clutter. But somehow it's not getting done. They make me comfortable somehow.

In other news, it's Casmir Pulaski Day. Are *your* kids out of school? I had never heard of this man, his exploits, or his holiday until I moved to Chicago. In Ohio, our only odd school holiday was for the county fair, and that was disguised as a teacher in-service day. I also watched High Fidelity last night, and found myself at least as amused by the neighborhoods (Hyde Park, Wicker Park, the Purple line) as I was by the story. No doubt about it. My town is unique.
