Ah, spring.
Mar. 20th, 2010 12:49 amIn the morning, people are unwrapped enough that you can smell their shampoo/cologne/powder.
In the afternoon, people are unwrapped enough that you wish they'd freshen their deodorant.
At night, you will get whistled at four times in seven blocks, despite your ears becoming chilly and numb.
The crocuses are out and the breeze is blowing, and for a few minutes outside you can pretend that you are 20something and carefree again. Then your obligations and your old creaky body rear their head, and you're back to real life.
There's snow tomorrow. Bah humbug.
