Random thing making me happy: I went to Brown Elephant this week to donate some stuff, and found a paperback copy of The Time Traveler's Wife. As our main copy is autographed and cannot travel, now this means I have a copy to loan out/give away to people when they ask about it. Or when I bring it up, which happens rather often.

Non-random thing making me happy: Spinning wheel. Yup. It'll come back home with me from Ohio next week.

Strange thing: Disaster in Chicago on Thursday. Not really; just an evacuation drill. I got the inside scoop from the man who was there. Mwa ha ha.
