This was the title on my most interesting spam email today. Well, doesn't everybody want to live forever? I am sad today, and it's snowing. I guess that winter's not over yet. But I have the Internets to keep me warm!

Fafblog--kind, considerate Fafblog!--throws a party for the war in Iraq.

Michelle O'Donnell polishes her writing on a NYTimes piece about the bar a recently murdered young woman used to visit. The writing is interesting, though I don't know much about the case.

Anti-abortion wingnuts protestors seem to be causing trouble in our suburbs. I wonder where they park when they protest down there? I'm not sure all the facts in this story are correct, but I'm not a reporter, so I guess I wouldn't know.

In a NYTimes multimedia report, fashion designers are covering women's faces, seemingly all independent of one another. There's a related article. "It was a kind of a joke," said the designer Jun Takahashi of his decision to wrap his models in eyeless cloth hoods. I blame the patriarchy.
