Anyone know how to file a schedule D? I'm trying to do my taxes myself and it is driving me nutty! One line claims I *must* use this schedule, then when I get there I don't have anything to put on it. Hmm. Time to go talk to a real accountant, I guess. Will the IRS grant an extension on the grounds that the taxpayer overestimated her accounting skills?
